Creating a DecAI account is quick and easy. Simply visit the DecAI official website or open the DecAI app, then click “Get Started” on the web page or choose any design tool you'd like to try. A “Try DecAI for Free” pop-up will appear for you to create an account. You can sign up using your Google account, Apple account, or any other email address. Once you're signed up successfully, you can start exploring DecAI's AI-powered design tools right away.

Yes. DecAI lets you sign up using your Google or Apple account, as well as your email address. Simply choose your preferred sign-up method and follow the on-screen instructions to create your account with just simple clicks.

If you forget your password, go to the DecAI login page and click “Forgot the password” and follow the instructions on the password reset page to create a new password.

You can choose any feature and explore 10+ design styles and 10+ space types before deciding whether to upgrade. On mobile (including the iOS & Android apps): After signing up, you can generate up to 3 designs per day for free.

Once you’ve used all your free generations, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue creating new designs. Your existing designs will still be available in your account by checking your design histories, and you can choose a plan that best fits your needs.

DecAI offers flexible pricing options to fit different needs and usage levels. If you need to use DecAI regularly, choose a Monthly or Yearly plan. Yearly plans offer the best value, helping you save at least 75% compared with monthly billing. If you only use DecAI occasionally, you can purchase a one-time payment credit package, which gives you a set number of generation credits without committing to a monthly or yearly subscription. The one-time credit package is a flexible option for users who only need DecAI occasionally. Instead of subscribing to a Monthly or Yearly plan, you can make a one-time payment to purchase 100 AI generation credits at $29.99 at once or 300 AI generation credits at $69.99, and use them whenever you need them. Yes. Your subscriptions, including the Monthly and Yearly plans, will renew automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Of course, the one-time credit packages do not renew automatically. You’ll only be charged once for the credits you purchase.

All uploaded photos are stored for up to 7 days, after which they’re automatically deleted. You’re always in control of your content and can request deletion at any time.

Yes. You’re free to save and share the content you create with DecAI, including for commercial use. You’re responsible for how the content is used or redistributed, and also ensure it complies with our Terms of Service and community guidelines.

AI isn’t perfect yet, so occasionally some results may look unusual or not quite right. If that happens, you can simply delete the design and try generating it again with the same photo, try to describe your requirements in a different way if possible. If you have a moment, we’d really appreciate it if you could tap the Send feedback button in the app and let us know what went wrong. Your feedback helps us make DecAI better for everyone. We would recommend you to start with a clear, well-lit photo that shows as much of your space as possible. Avoid blurry, dark, heavily cropped, or distorted images. When describing your design, be specific about what you want to change and keep unchanged. If the first result isn't quite right, use “Ask Designer” or “Edit” to keep refining it instead of starting over.

First, check that you have a stable internet connection and are using the latest version of the DecAI app. You can also try closing and reopening the app, restarting your device, or clearing unnecessary background apps.
