Thank you for selecting products offered by DecAI Web Team ("we," "our," "us," or "Service"). These Subscription Terms ("Terms") govern your use of our paid subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms. Your subscription is also subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Any capitalized terms used in these Subscription Terms have the meanings defined in the Terms of Service, unless stated otherwise. Please review the Terms carefully. If you do not accept them, you should not proceed with the subscription.

1. SUBSCRIPTION

We offer both free and premium versions of our Services. In the free version, the users could enjoy a basic function of our Services; while the full function could be realized by premium subscription, and the details are demonstrated on the subscription interface of the Web. Payments for premium subscriptions are processed through third-party platforms. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

3.1 Refund

For questions or concerns, including those related to products, orders or refunds, please contact the third-party payment platform directly regarding their refund policies and procedures.

3.2 Contact Us to Request a Refund

If you are not satisfied with the Service and meet the refund conditions listed below, you may request a refund by emailing us. Your request must include the following information: your name, user ID, contact email, transaction history, and a brief description of the reason for the request.

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

1) For Weekly Subscription Plans: service purchased on a weekly subscription plan is non-refundable.

2) For Yearly and Lifetime Subscription Plans: Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase;

3) At the time of requesting a refund, only users who have sent fewer than ten (10) decoration requests are eligible for a refund.

Since the significant server resources and costs involved in operating the AI models that support our services, we are unable to offer refunds to users who exceed the "active usage" threshold. Active usage is defined as sending more than ten (10) decoration requests. Any user exceeding this activity threshold is not eligible for a refund. If the conditions set out in above are not met, all payments made are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, if an alternative refund option is offered at checkout, you will not be eligible for a refund under this Terms.

3.3 For EAA and UK

If you are a resident of the EU and UK, you have the right to cancel your subscription and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, whether for a weekly or yearly subscription. However, if you have accessed or used our service during this 14-day period, you may lose your right to withdraw, as the service is considered to have been fully provided.

To exercise your right, you must notify us within 14 days. You can either contact the third-party payment platform directly to inquire about their refund policy and process, or you can email us your refund request, which should include the details outlined in the above section. Be sure to reference the applicable laws of your region in your request to help us process it promptly.

If there are any issues with your account, such as payment discrepancies or non-compliance with refund conditions, our customer support team may ask for additional documentation to verify and process your request. Our refund process fully complies with local regulations, ensuring that, if eligible, you will receive a refund in a timely manner. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the user. The refund fee policy is subject to the terms set by the third-party payment platform.

4.CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES

Should you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse a payment for any applicable subscription fees associated with your account, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately disable or terminate your account due to your failure to meet payment obligations under this agreement. Additionally, we retain the right to contest any chargeback by providing relevant financial institutions with necessary documentation to verify that the disputed payment was duly authorized by the account holder.

5.CHANGES TO THIS SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or adjust our Subscription Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must discontinue all access and use of our website and services.
